About the home
Across the street, Granite Mountain fills the horizon — the kind of view that stops you at the front door before you even step inside. The house sits on a tidy lot in Prescott Valley, single-level and thoughtfully laid out, with luxury vinyl plank running throughout and a gas fireplace anchoring the main living space.
The updates here are specific and considered, not cosmetic. The kitchen received quartz counters, a new sink, fresh backsplash, refinished cabinets, and a gas range with double oven. Both bathrooms were reworked with walk-in showers and new cabinetry. Out back, the patio wall and floor tile were upgraded, a cemented gazebo was added, and a roll-up sunshade gives the west-facing wall some relief in the afternoon. The driveway was partially cemented, and Anderson doors were installed front and back. It's a house that's been lived in carefully.
