About the home
The Coral 1699 is a newly built single-level home on a modest corner of Caldwell, Idaho — finished in 2026 and still carrying that quiet, unused feeling. The living areas sit toward the back of the house, which keeps the great room and kitchen away from the street and oriented toward the patio instead. It's a small layout decision that changes how the place feels day to day.
The kitchen is built around a central island with generous counter space on all sides and plenty of storage. The primary suite sits apart from the other two bedrooms — a split design that gives each end of the house its own rhythm. There's also a bonus room that doesn't announce what it wants to be, which is probably the point.
