About the home
The house sits on a corner lot in a tucked-away west Boise subdivision — more space between you and the street, and a yard that feels larger for it. A round of recent updates has already been done: new windows throughout, new gutters, fresh paint inside and out, and all new sprinkler heads in the ground.
Inside, two living rooms give the floor plan room to breathe without feeling formal. The kitchen is large enough to actually work in, and the primary bathroom shower was recently redone. Newer floors run through the home, and a central vacuum system — also new — handles the everyday without the dragging of cords.
